Holywellies Preschool
Holywellies is a multi-denominational pre-school where all children and their families are equally respected, regardless of social, cultural or religious background
We provide a high quality, enriching pre-school experience for all children with our highly committed team, a well-planned weekly curriculum, parental involvement and a healthy learning environment.
Our quality childcare and early education will embrace the Educate Together ethos and prepare pre-schoolers for progression to junior infants.
We currently run 2 sessions:
8.45am – 11.45am and 12.45pm – 3.45pm
Holywellies Preschool is registered with the HSE as a sessional pre-school service offering 3 hours care and education per session.
We cater for children aged 2 years 8 months and over and participate in the Universal Free Pre-School Year as funded by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs. This provides children with 3 hours of care and education in the year/s before school at no cost to parents.
The maximum number of children in a session is 22, and the maximum adult to child ratio is 1:11.
We deliver a literacy rich curriculum based on Aistear, the Irish Early Childhood Curriculum Framework.
